Zhejiang Hengli Electrical manufactures oil type power transformers for medium- and high-voltage power distribution and conversion. The transformer core is manufactured from high-permeability cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel (CRGO). An optimized laminated core structure helps reduce no-load losses, no-load current and operating noise.

 

Copper windings provide high electrical conductivity and reliable thermal performance. The windings are insulated with suitable electrical insulation materials and supported by a reinforced clamping structure to improve mechanical strength and short-circuit withstand capability.

 

Depending on the transformer design, the tank can use a corrugated structure or other sealed construction to reduce direct contact between insulating oil and external air. This helps limit moisture ingress and slow oil ageing during long-term operation.

 

Typical monitoring and protection accessories may include an oil level indicator, pressure relief device, temperature indicator and Buchholz relay, depending on the transformer capacity and tank configuration.
