This 800 kVA Class F Epoxy Resin Cast Dry Type Transformer comes with rated capacity 800kVA, primary high voltage 6.6kV equipped with ±2×2.5% off-circuit no-load tapping (NLTC) for flexible voltage adjustment to cope with unstable grid voltage conditions. The secondary output voltage is 0.55kV, with Delta (HV side) and Star (LV side) structural connection to suppress harmonic current, balance three-phase load and optimize power supply quality.

AN/AF Dual Cooling System
AN (Natural Air Cooling) for standard rated 800kVA regular operation with energy-saving and low noise performance; AF (Forced Air Cooling) with auxiliary cooling fans enables 25%-40% overload capacity for peak load demand. Intelligent fan automatic start-stop system reduces energy consumption and extends transformer service life.
Flexible NLTC Voltage Regulation
Primary 6.6kV high voltage side designed with ±2×2.5% off-circuit tapping range, 5 tapping positions in total. Workers can adjust voltage ratio offline to adapt to grid voltage fluctuation, guarantee stable 0.55kV secondary output voltage and reduce operation loss under unbalanced grid conditions.
