We delivered 1 unit of 100kVA H class VPI dry type transformers to China in 2020.The rated capacity of the transformer is 100kVA. the primary voltage of the transformer is 10.5kV and secondary voltage is 0.4kV.

This is a VPI dry-type transformer. Its coil windings are fully wrapped with H-class 220°C high-temperature insulation paper. This insulation material has great dielectric performance, plus a naturally low thermal expansion coefficient. The laminated insulation paper features H-grade superior heat resistance. It delivers solid dielectric strength and reliable mechanical stability, and keeps outstanding mechanical performance even under high-temperature conditions or humid working environments.

Our 100kVA VPI dry type transformer adopts advanced Vacuum Pressure Impregnated manufacturing craft, well suited for indoor power distribution, industrial facilities, commercial complexes and new energy supporting power supply systems. Different from conventional oil filled transformers, this dry-type unit runs without insulating oil, bringing zero oil leakage risk, superior fire safety and eco-friendly performance for global engineering projects.

This unit features rated capacity 100kVA, primary voltage 10.5kV and secondary voltage 0.4kV, customized for special voltage conversion requirements for industrial machinery and on-site power distribution. All winding coils are wrapped with high-grade H Class 220℃ insulation paper. After multi-times vacuum pressure impregnation curing, the windings own tight internal structure, excellent high temperature resistance, dielectric strength and anti-short circuit capability, slowing down thermal aging and extending service life under continuous heavy-duty operation.

The transformer core adopts high permeability grain-oriented silicon steel sheet, which greatly reduces no-load loss, no-load current and operational heat generation. With optimized winding layout, it achieves low running noise, steady voltage output and outstanding energy saving effect. It meets strict C2 climate grade, E2 environmental grade and F1 fire protection grade, capable of stable operation in humid, dusty and temperature-variable harsh working conditions.

Standard built-in intelligent temperature control system realizes real-time winding temperature monitoring, overheat alarm, automatic air cooling and overload protection. Compact structural design saves installation space, minimizes daily maintenance work and lowers long-term operating expenditure.

All products are manufactured in accordance with IEC international standards, with pure copper winding and aluminum winding optional for different project budgets. Custom voltage ratio, protective enclosure and surface treatment are available for personalized OEM service.Optional integrated temperature monitoring and digital communication interfaces support smart grid compatibility and predictive maintenance strategies.
